Membership Terms

1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of the LFC San Francisco (LFCSF) website and club membership service. LFCSF is the Official Liverpool FC Supporters Club of San Francisco. Club membership is separate from Liverpool Football Club membership. Questions about these terms or your membership can be sent to liverpoolsanfrancisco@gmail.com.
2. Accounts and member information
Provide accurate contact and membership details and keep them up to date. Keep your login secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be legally able to authorize a membership payment, or have a parent or guardian make and authorize it on your behalf. Do not use another member's account or membership benefits without permission.
3. Membership fees and automatic renewal
The current membership price is $25 USD per season. For a new recurring membership, payment is collected at signup and the subscription is aligned to the club's June 15 renewal date, Pacific time, rather than your signup anniversary. Your first membership period may therefore be shorter than a full year. Recurring memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next charge. Review the price and billing details presented at payment, and check My Account or the billing portal for your subscription's next charge date. Existing memberships that require a manual renewal are identified in your account. Any future fee changes will be communicated before they apply, with any consent required by law.
4. Canceling renewal and billing questions
Use My Account to open billing management and cancel automatic renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your current membership continues through its paid-through date. It does not automatically refund a payment already collected. If you cannot access billing management, need help canceling, or want to request a refund or report an incorrect or duplicate charge, contact liverpoolsanfrancisco@gmail.com. Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under law.
5. Membership benefits and match tickets
Benefits depend on availability, the current season's arrangements, and any conditions stated for a particular offer. Membership does not guarantee match tickets, admission to every event, or the availability of a particular item or discount. Ticket requests are subject to the club's match ticket guidance, allocations, eligibility checks, and Liverpool FC's rules. Venues and event organizers may have their own age, entry, conduct, and purchase requirements.
6. Responsible use
Treat other members, volunteers, and venue staff respectfully. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent payments, or misrepresent your membership. We may restrict website access or membership benefits where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect others, or comply with law. Contact us if you believe a restriction is a mistake.
7. Website content and third-party services
Club content, names, and logos belong to their respective owners. Do not use them in a way that falsely suggests authorization or endorsement. Authentication, payments, external websites, and venues are also subject to their providers' applicable terms. We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but errors, interruptions, and changes to fixtures or events can occur. Contact us about an error before relying on information that affects a purchase or travel plans.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information associated with accounts, membership, and payments.
9. Changes and questions
We may update these terms to reflect changes in club services or legal requirements. The date above identifies the latest revision, and we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
